All orders to these territories are sent as a certified letter with tracking number, which can be consulted on the website www.correos.es

Customers from the Canary Islands are responsible for any taxes or customs fees and must provide us with their DNI number, as the Post Office requires us to include it when shipping.

UNITED STATES AND CANADA

All dog collar and leash orders are shipped with DHL, with tracking number, which you can track from dhl.com or right here from Etsy.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
